Ray has been maintaining and repairing our equipment exclusively for the past seven years. Trico Centre is a Community owned and operated recreation centre with a 13,000 ft. fitness centre. It includes over 70 pieces of cardio and 80 pieces of strength equipment.
His knowledge and technical skill to effectively and efficiently repair equipment is outstanding. He is always looking out for his customers, researching the most costeffective options.

Ray is a great communicator, never leaving the facility without a full detailed report of findings and confirming repairs. He assists with safety equipment checks and also performs monthly preventative maintenance on our equipment.

Ray responds to repair calls immediately and is usually in our facility for the repair within the first 24-48 hours of the call. In the past we had a flood on a Sunday and I called him at 8:30pm and he came rushing to help us move and secure our equipment. He goes above and beyond with his customers.
